Artist presentation of the guest teacher Kayle Brandon

Kayle Brandon works in public and social contexts, producing collaborative and process-centred works which critically relate to spatial and social situations. She is interested in art’s role in the exploration of daily life, individual agency, place, ecology and social politics. Brandon’s projects take the form of events, publications and installations that incorporate a mix of mediums; from drawings, object assemblages, to DIY drinks. She exhibits internationally, appearing in shows at Science Gallery Dublin Ireland, The New Museum in New York and Spike Island, Bristol UK.
This talk will introduce the artist works with a focus on the methods intrinsic to her process.
